Bring the operational problem. We will say what a first version would include.

The fastest way into this firm is plain language. Who is the organisation. What function is stuck. What should the system make possible.

You do not need a specification, a tender pack or a preferred vendor list to start. We will say how we would design the system, what would be built or connected, and what sits in scope.

A few boundaries, stated once: forecasts are estimates. AI needs data, testing, monitoring and human review. Clinical judgement and licensed financial advice stay with the people qualified to give them. Hosting, monitoring and incident work stay contractual.
