How we handle information you send us.
This notice covers the contact form, WhatsApp messages and email sent via this website. It is written in plain language.
If you write to Obitrek through the form, WhatsApp or email, we use that information to reply to your enquiry and to continue a conversation you have started. We do not sell it.
The website contact form is delivered through FormSubmit to the firm. WhatsApp messages go to the number published on the Contact page. Email sent to hello@obitrek.com is read by Obitrek.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or health records through these channels. If a project later needs that kind of information, we will agree a suitable method first.
We keep enquiry messages as long as they are needed to handle the conversation and our records of work. You can ask us to update or delete an enquiry by writing to hello@obitrek.com.
This site may use ordinary server logs (for example, technical errors). We do not run advertising trackers on these pages.
Obitrek works with organisations globally. This notice is not legal advice. If our work together needs a fuller agreement, we will put it in writing.
